Take one made-up scenario, answer it the way you would in front of a board, and I'll send back a written critique within 48 hours: scored on the four things boards listen for, the one change that would most raise your score, and a model answer outline so you can see the gap. I read every one before it goes out.
No real exam content is used, requested or accepted — the scenario is written from scratch. Your answer is deleted once the critique is sent, and nothing is shared or quoted without asking you first.

When we launch, we plan to offer a five-seat department or lodge pilot at $399, so a training coordinator or lodge can put a whole promotional class on the same tool. When can I use it?
Founding members get beta access by February 1, 2027, starting with the most-assigned supervision book and the Oral Board Coach. More books follow through spring 2027. Your 12 months start when you activate, anytime through 2027, so if your exam is next year you won't lose any time.
Which books will you cover?
We're ranking the books that appear most on promotional reading lists nationwide. Founding members vote on what comes next, and the launch-updates form tells us what's on your list.
What if my book isn't covered?
You'll still get the Oral Board Coach and a general supervision question bank. If that isn't enough, it's a full refund.
Is this affiliated with any department or testing company?
No. X-Ring Prep is independent. We never use real exam questions. Every question is original and tests the concepts in your assigned material.
When am I charged? How do refunds work?
Your $99 is charged when you reserve your spot, through Gumroad's secure checkout. It's fully refundable: anytime before you activate, and for 30 days after, you get every dollar back. Just email [email protected].
Do I need to be good with technology?
No. It runs in your phone's browser. If you can text, you can use it.

X-Ring Prep ("we") runs xringprep.com. This policy explains what we collect and what we do with it.
What we collect. Launch updates signup: your email, when your exam is, the rank you're testing for, and, if you choose, your agency/state and the books on your reading list. Founding Membership purchase: Gumroad handles checkout. We receive your name, email, and purchase details. We never see or store your full card number. Emails you send us: whatever you include. Basic site and ad data: our website host and ad tools (like Google Ads) may use cookies and similar technology to count visits and see which ads lead to signups or purchases.
How we use it. To send the updates, study tips, and offers you signed up for, and deliver what you bought; to decide which books and features to build first; to answer questions and process refunds; and to measure whether our ads work.
Who we share it with. We don't sell or rent your information. We share it only with the services that help us run X-Ring Prep: MailerLite (email), Gumroad (checkout), Carrd (website), and Google (ad measurement). We also share it when the law requires it.
Your choices. Every email has an unsubscribe link. Email [email protected] to see, correct, or delete your information. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Age. X-Ring Prep is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Security. We use established providers and limit who can access your information, but no system is perfectly secure.

Refund Policy
Effective September 11, 2026
Founding Membership ($99). You're charged when you reserve your spot. Gumroad processes checkout and refunds.
Full refund anytime before you activate your membership, and for 30 days after you activate. No questions asked. You can activate anytime from beta launch through December 31, 2027.
If we decide not to launch, or can't give founding members beta access by February 1, 2027, we'll refund everyone in full, without you having to ask.
To request a refund, email [email protected] from the email you used at checkout, or include that email in your message. We process refunds within 3 business days. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.
